Elkhart Services — Children & Adolescents (ages 3–18)

Specialized behavioral and outpatient support for children and adolescents, ages 3–18, delivered by a multidisciplinary team experienced in pediatric mental health and developmental interventions.

Core Services

1.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA): Individualized ABA assessment and treatment plans targeting skill acquisition, communication, adaptive behavior, social skills, and reduction of challenging behaviors. Data-driven progress tracking and family training included.

2.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): Structured, clinician-led IOP for youth needing more intensive therapy than weekly outpatient care but not inpatient admission. Combines individual and group therapy, skill-building, crisis prevention, and relapse/behavior management planning.

3.

Teen Groups: Age-appropriate group programming for adolescents focused on social skills, emotion regulation, peer relationships, coping strategies, and transition planning for school and community.

Family-centered care with parent/caregiver coaching, regular progress updates, and coordination with schools and other providers as needed.
Developmentally appropriate interventions and a safe, supportive environment for skill practice.
